Added the ability to patch KDE and kmhtConvert in order to support the mhtml protocol

The tarball contains two patches for KDE (one for KDE 3.3 and one for KDE 3.3.1), two patches for kmhtConvert, the x-mimearchive mime type definition and an installation script called patchit. You may test it and report bugs :)

The KDE 3.3.1 patch was created by Raul Fernandes, the author of kio_rar

• kmhtConvert adapted to the chages introduced by kio_mhtml
• The title of the index.html file in the WAR file is now correctly parsed (WAR to MHT converter)
• Fixed an error in Content-Type assignment for JavaScript files, that generated corrupted MHT files (WAR to MHT converter) - Thanks to Leo Savernik at kfm-devel
• The mht files created with kmhtConvert are now valid Windows/DOS documents (lines end with '\n\r')
