Applying the patches of patchit 0.2 introduced two problems to KDE 3.3.1
    1. All tar and zip based protocols are broken (konqueror does not open them)
    2. The default action for mhtml protocol is 'show directory listing' instead of 'display index.html'

The third version of patchit will fix both these problems, by installing the appropriate desktop files (taken from CVS HEAD) and repatching KDE so that konqueror knows what to do with mhtml files
